Mass-media Archive/Working Room
The Mass-media Archive/Working Room is a space that offers the user two computers equipped with scanner and printer for personal use, and also information available in books, CD-ROM and magazines.
The Mass-media Archive offers the user:
Two computers
1 scanner
1 colour printer
Tables
Books
Cd-rom’s
Magazines
Free entrance
Open timetable: the same as the Centre
RULES
Fill in the application form and leave your Identity Card with your assistant. The user shall use the given identification card.
The computers must be used only for a 60 min time period; after that the user can still work, unless someone else is on waiting list.
Only one person is allowed on each computer.
Consumption of food is not allowed in the room
The user must operate the equipment properly, reporting any problem detected.
The user is not allowed to change the computer’s configuration and programs. If any facility is required and is not available, the assistant should be contacted.
Prints are free up to a 10 page limit per week
